What we collect

When you book a discovery call or contact us, we collect the information you submit — name, email, phone, company, and the context you share. We use it to schedule the call and follow up. That's it.

How we use it

To schedule and conduct your call, follow up with relevant materials, and contact you about your inquiry. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except for providers strictly required to operate the site (analytics, scheduling).

Engagement data

If you become a client, we sign a separate data processing agreement covering your business data. Production assistants are typically deployed with enterprise model tiers that have zero data retention.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dfyassistant.ai.
